With the advent of information globalization and acceleration of technology advancement, the German government put forward the concept of "Industries4.0" which refers to intelligent manufacturing as the leading to the fourth industrial revolution in2013. Furthermore, the Chinese government propose to implement "the China’s manufacturing in2025" for the rapid development of powerful manufacturing industry in our country in their work report during2015. Facing new opportunities and challenges, Shennan Circuit Company(SCC), the national high-tech enterprise and large-scale manufacturing, should implement intelligent manufacturing systems as the first step to automation and intelligent which can lead the development of our national manufacturing industry and improve the international competitiveness.In this thesis, we propose a system implementation methodology named ImsSCC according to the characteristics and key problem of intelligent manufacturing system and the development status quo of SCC. However, the innovation of ImsSCC is that it combines closely with enterprise strategy and the current development stage of SCC. Besides, the implementation method of intelligent manufacturing system is formed by improving the process during the project of implementation. The ImsSCC method is divided into six stages:project preparation, system analysis, program design, system integration, operation and maintenance. It can not only ensure the quantity and efficient of intelligent manufacturing system’s implementation, but also solve the key issues according to the actual situation of SCC. There are many key problems in the process of system implementation, such as the communication and data exchange among machines, data integration and display among intelligent manufacturing system and other related systems, system architecture and severs deployment, and so on. Combined with the experience in production management, manufacturing execution, business process optimization and automation management, the method make sure the advanced and feasibility of the business process and process control during the system implementation.In this thesis, we also present a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the implementation of intelligent manufacturing system in SCC. Firstly, establish an appropriate evaluation model and define evaluations and weights. Then, use matrix model analysis and comprehensive evaluation. Finally, prove the efficient of system implementation from system technology and business performance. We can see clearly from the evaluation results, it is obvious that the ImsSCC method is correctness and effectiveness.
