In the industrial 4.0 era,intelligent manufacturing is sweeping the world,the man-machine cooperation in factories,the interconnection of production equipment,and the combination of virtual and realistic all put forward new requirements for enterprise talents.Facing the increasingly fierce market competition,enterprises rely on the trend of intelligent manufacturing and pay more attention to enterprise training.However,the effect of many enterprises on the training is not significant,the cost of input cannot achieve due benefits.Based on intelligent manufacturing,this paper use AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the enterprise training system.This paper studies whether the enterprise training system can adapt to the development of intelligent manufacturing and train the talents with comprehensive quality.Firstly,this paper introduces the concept,connotation and characteristics of intelligent manufacturing,and summarizes the research direction of the current training system based on the relevant theoretical basis of enterprise training and training system and the research status at home and abroad.Secondly,the paper puts forward what changes are needed in the enterprise training system for intelligent manufacturing.ICC mode training needs analysis,two-dimensional oriented training plan formulation,data interconnection training project implementation,training effect evaluation of stage tracking,training and battle combination training mode,interdisciplinary training course design and development and training teacher management supported by employees are sorted out.The reform of the training system should be carried out from these seven aspects.Thirdly,Through combing the reform mode of enterprise training system oriented to intelligent manufacturing,the evaluation index of enterprise training system is established,i.e.organization process system and support and guarantee system,the training system is subdivided,8 secondary indexes and 29 tertiary indexes oriented to intelligent manufacturing comprehensive evaluation are established,and AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is established to evaluate the enterprise training system oriented to intelligent manufacturing.Finally,through the empirical analysis,the enterprise training system evaluation model oriented to intelligent manufacturing is verified,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to score the empirical enterprise training system,and the results are analyzed.The training system for intelligent manufacturing is optimized and some suggestions are put forward.
