Study On Three-factor Model Of Photovoltaic Enterprise Sustainable Management

The domestic photovoltaic enterprises developed in rapid for nearly a decade, but lots of companies closed down under the consistent environment changes, the main reason is they did not find a scientific, ideal way to prevent sustainable business risk.In this thesis, based on the research of theory of competition, and the theory of competitive advantage, we analysis the key elements--financial quality, management quality and governance effectiveness, which may influent the sustainable operation, meanwhile, suggest three-factor model is the best available way to forecast, prevent the sustainable business risk for domestic photovoltaic companies. An analysis of three-factor model demonstrated the key elements will impact the sustainable operation of photovoltaic companies, apply to a typical photovoltaic company in China, and also provide the forecast and solution to improve the management.At present, only a few photovoltaic companies could resist the influence of external environment change based on its inherent advantages resources, majority of companies in this industry still have to face the challenge from continuously operating risk, which the companies has slipped into trouble caused by the traditional theory of competitive advantage. Based on the research and analysis in the thesis, we found the theoretical framework and analysis method of three-factor model could match with the business case which have problem of sustainable management. In addition, majority of photovoltaic companies who have to face the risk of sustainable management have similarity in general, as such the factor model which could impact the sustainable management, could provide a realistic solution to improve the crisis for the companies. Based on the development of economic and society, the characteristics of photovoltaic industry, and the business risk issues, the core idea of the thesis is to have a better choice of the theory which is more effective. Obviously, according to all analysis and research, the three-factor model which could impact the sustainable operation will be more effective to forecast, prevent the sustainable business risk for domestic photovoltaic companies, while they have to face the operation crisis.
