Since reforming and opening, China’s retail industry has developed rapidly, along with economic globalization, the business also intensified competition among retail business.In a highly competitive environment, retail development is inseparable from the right site selecting of retail shops.Siting of the main function is to make a goal to achieve optimal value to study the method of determining the location of choice and the issue of one or more facilities, the current location of the problem has spread to the life and production of new or rebuilt, logistics and distribution site and positioning military and other fields.The siting of the more important one is siting on competition issues, the study has caused widespread concern scholars.This article will be more competitive retail facilities siting for the study, the focus of competing outlets facility siting model and algorithm simulation.First, the theoretical analysis of the retail business district location, combined with the characteristics of the retail district facility siting factors investigated, respectively, from demographic factors, transport factors and competitive factors qualitative analysis of the impact on the site’s retail district.Second is the basic model of the retail facility location and siting of the basic model of competition analysis, analysis of the establishment of multi-facility the largest market share model.Finally, establish a competitive location model multiple retail facilities by ant colony algorithm heuristic algorithm, for example in the case of quantitative analysis column competitive location model, matlab simulation results on the optimal solution.Finally, future research directions are given some suggestions.The main innovation of this paper has the following three points:(1) Model Innovation:this paper presents an original site competition model in the largest market share on the site needs to improve its investment budget constraints and other barriers and restrictions, siting costs and investment budget will take into account models go, the reality competition site has direct significance.(2) consider the impact of rival papers siting points of market share the same point of the site in accordance with the principle of division of aliquots.(3)The improved algorithm: paper combines the largest market share and the minimum transport costs, the establishment of two-goal model, using ant colony algorithm for solving major steps to max-min ant colony algorithm matlab coding and then combined to solve the model,while improving through the ant colony algorithm and tabu search strategy fusion algorithm to obtain the optimal path.
