Organizational learning can improve enterprise’s dynamic capability, and then enable enterprise to maintain competitive advantage in complex and volatile market environment. Dynamic capability refers to enterprise’s capability in coping with environment change via integrating, constructing and resetting internal and external environment. Taking organizational learning to improve dynamic capability as the main research issue, and basing on enterprise strategy theory and organizational learning theory, this research constructed concept model regarding organizational learning as independent variable and dynamic capability as dependent variable on the basis of relevant existing researches. In addition, it conducted empirical analysis and discussion on the path for improving enterprise dynamic capability via organizational learning.This research focused on the key issue of improving enterprise dynamic capability via organizational learning. Firstly, it defined the concept of organizational learning and dynamic capability. Secondly, it integrated the measurement dimension of two variables-organizational learning and dynamic capability. Referring to domestic mature measurement scale, and combining with the characteristics of Chinese enterprises, it designed questionnaire. Thirdly, it conducted exploratory factor test and reliability validity verification on questionnaire, and carried out descriptive statistical analysis on 94 retrieved valid sample enterprises. Fourthly, it put forward research hypothesis, and verified 6hypotheses put forward in this paper via applying SPSS software to conduct correlation analysis. Research results show that applied learning has positive influence on organizational sense-making capability, exploratory learning has positive influence on organizational sense-making capability; applied learning has positive influence on enterprise flexible decision-making capability, exploratory learning has positive learning on enterprise flexible decision-making capability;applied learning has positive influence on dynamic executive capability, exploratory learning has positive learning on dynamic executive capability. Combining with industry nature and characteristics of sample enterprises, the final part of this paperpresented the path and management enlightenment on improving enterprise dynamic capability via organizational learning. The research conclusion has certain enlightenment and reference role for enterprises to improve dynamic capability.
