Dynamic capability theory becomes a hotspot in the field of strategic management theory studies under the situation that it is difficult to obtain sustained competitive edge in a dynamic environment. In the changing environment, enterprises must enhance their dynamic capability and it is determined by organizational learning. This thesis puts forward a rout of"organizational-learning----dynamic capability----competitive edge", taking dynamic capability as an effective variable between organizational learning and the competitive edge of cluster private enterprises. The thesis studies a cluster private furniture factory in Xiangcheng district Suzhou city via the methods of questionnaire survey, reliability and validity analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis test. From the study the author concludes: organizational learning is a significantly effective element for cluster private enterprises'competitive capability but it fails to push the development of the enterprises because of poor cooperation; dynamic capability is a key driver of cluster private enterprises but it fails to promote the competitive edge because the private enterprises have been got used to the market environment passively. Through the analysis of the rout the author also concludes that in the ever-changing environment, organizational learning influences the cluster private enterprises'competitive edge through the variable of dynamic capability. And the cause of the failure in the promotion of competitive edge even under various kinds of learning is the failure in constructing and promoting dynamic capability. Hence, the cluster private enterprises must strengthen organizational learning as well as construct their dynamic capability to obtain sustained competitive edge.
