In today’s rapid expansion of the global Internet industry, an increasingly competitive situation, our country has become a big country of Internet applications for new applications, cloud computing, e-commerce, mobile Internet, networking and other emerging new platforms, new models, new technology, Internet companies rely on their own strength, if only to develop new business models or goods and services,it will be difficult to keep up with the pace of development counterparts. Therefore,the Internet rely on their own knowledge absorptive capacity to acquire new knowledge, to promote knowledge among a wide range of enterprise and enterprise mobility, its innovative technology and services, to improve performance is particularly important. Prior to this, the academic community has repeatedly studied from different perspectives, and enterprise knowledge absorptive capacity growth. In this paper, starting from the Internet industry, in-depth analysis and discussion of the impact of knowledge absorptive capacity of the Internet business.This paper argues that the absorptive capacity of knowledge will affect the growth of Internet companies. The study includes:(1) the ability to absorb knowledge,business growth, business growth and knowledge absorption capacity of relevant research results to collate and review, and the establishment of a theoretical model of this paper, this paper proposes the research hypotheses;(2) questionnaires to collect data, and the reliability and validity of the scale of this article can be tested, in order to determine the appropriate knowledge absorptive capacity of this article, the Internet business growth scale;(3) the use of the correlation analysis and regression analysis methods, This paper constructed to verify the hypothesis further clarify the relationship between knowledge and the absorption capacity of each dimension between Internet companies grow.In this study, we were collected in the form of questionnaires, 313 valid questionnaires were collected using SPSS to collect empirical data analysis, research results are as follows:(1) through the relevant literature review, case studies, as well as information obtained academic discussion finalize the relevant knowledge absorptive capacity, the Internet business growth scale. The empirical results show the validity and validity of the scale is better suited for measuring the growth of China’s Internet companies, and knowledge absorption capacity; four dimensions(2) the ability to absorb knowledge(knowledge acquisition, knowledge digestion, knowledge transfer ability, knowledge utilization capacity) have a significant positive impact on the growth of Internet business;(3) the ability to acquire knowledge and ability to use knowledge of a greater impact on the growth of Internet companies, the ability to digest the impact of knowledge and knowledge transfer capabilities of the Internet business growth than small;(4) the ability to absorb knowledge growing Internet companies have a greater significant positive impact.
