The performance evaluation of a company can provide decision basis for related stakeholders and improve company’s running and management. And that will enlarge the economy benefits and core competitiveness for company, so it is an important part of company management. The new social development oriented at building a harmonious society and practicing scientific outlook on development was put forwarded in China, which stressed a development should coordinate continuously among economy, ecology and society, required company should devoted to achieving comprehensive coordinated development in the benefits of economy, society and environment. Under the circumstance of corporate environment, the theory and practice of company management has made a great innovation and progress with the forwarding pace of the age. Meanwhile, profound changes also happened in the system of company’s performance evaluation. Nowadays, to achieve the strategy targets, company has not content with the performance evaluation system based on single financial index. Judging from the literature review, we can find that most of researches are applying Balanced Scorecard to build performance evaluation system, but few of them consider the environment index, let alone illustrated with case study. Based on reading the literature from abroad and at home, this paper considers the environment index to build a new performance evaluation system for HL Company. Constructing a new performance evaluation system suited for HL Company, this paper applies the FESG and AHP as effective research approaches. To research and build a new performance evaluation system can change company strategy targets into pursuing the unification of social responsibility, finance, environment, and corporate governance from original’s money oriented target. It can make a scientific and reasonable evaluation of enterprise performance from multi-angle and multi-faceted. It’s of great importance for pushing society and economy’s sustainable development.Based on this, this paper focus on four dimensions of information to reconstruct a new performance evaluation system to adapted to HL Company. It is based on the presence performance evaluation model, which make sustainable development as goal. It contains finance, environmental protection, social responsibility and these aspects interpret the company’s overall performance. It summarizes the basic situation and operation status of HL Company, analyzes the financial evaluation index and risk status of that company. And it explains the existing performance evaluation. It also builds a new performance evaluation system for HL Company. Then, it implements the new performance evaluation system in the HL Company and analyzes the evaluation report of the new system, and it also describes the safeguard measures about performance evaluation system based on the FESG program. Finally, some conclusions are found in last chapter with aims to build a new performance evaluation system through putting financial and non-financial information together for HL Company to run and to sustainable improve well.
