The problem of the new generation of migrant workers is actually the continuationand development of the whole problem of migrant workers. The employment problemof the generation of migrant workers is the extension of the employment problem ofmigrant workers. The generation of migrant workers is a brand new social groups,belonging to migrant workers, but the new generation of migrant workers has its owndistinct group identity. The issue of employment will have different performance, whichrequires us to in-depth understanding of this emerging group. It can fully analyze toexplore the employment problems of generation of migrant workers which is exiting.First, this article defines the four aspects of employment, collecting data from the fouraspects and analyzing the collection of data to summarize the new generation of migrantworkers employment status, which show disadvantage; Secondly, on the basis of theprevious paper, the use of public management, human resource management, sociology,economics and other related disciplines to explore the reasons for the generation ofmigrant workers employment disadvantage. Thirdly, employment awareness of the newgeneration of migrant workers with the previous generation of migrant workers to do acomparative analysis of intergenerational difference, more multi-dimensional and moredeep-seated analyzes the differences and characteristics of the generation of migrantworkers employment awareness. Finally, on this basis, we can use the theory ofknowledge of public management at the macro level; given the proposal has a certainpractical significanceThere are more reasons to result in the generation of migrant workers employmentproblem which are the subjective ability of the new generation of migrant workers, andalso in the process of economic development caused by institutional in China andobjective socio-economic development that decides good or bad. The generation ofmigrant workers employment problem causes is complex. It can not unilaterally beattributed to one factor. Facing such an important country human resources can onlyproperly deal with the government public organizations to develop policies to address.This article highlighted the use of public power or the ruling force in how to improvethe subjective ability of the new generation of migrant workers (human capital, moral character, etc.), eliminating the system of administrative barriers and provide morediversified employment policy.
