At present, more and more agricultural population become urban residents.According to statistics, the urbanization rate of the household registered population was 42.35%,while the urbanization rate of the permanent population was 58.52% by the end of 2017.There is still a certain gap between the two groups.Though the urbanization rate is gradually improving from a number point of view,it is worth exploring whether this group really realizes urbanization.Community is an important carrier for the citizenization of migrant workers, and the degree of community integration of migrant workers is also closely related to the level of government services. Therefore, this paper aims to learn the current community integration situation of the new generation of migrant workers and explores a more suitable path for community integration from the perspective of urban public service. The article is based on Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs Theory,New Public Service Theory and New Public Administration Theory. And it uses the survey date of “Survey of Social Attitude and Social Development” by the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. It has important practical significance for the government to improve the level of public services and further promote the process of citizenization of migrant workers.Firstly, based on the conclusions of previous scholars' research, this paper constructs an index system for measuring the community integration of the new generation of migrant workers, which includes three dimensions--integration of economy, daily life and psychological level. Then this paper makes descriptive statistical analysis on the integration of the three aspects with related data and finds that the integration in daily life is in the highest level with a mean of 3.22.The integration of psychology is in the second place with a mean of 3.12.The integration of economic is at the lowest level with a mean of 3.06.Statistics show that the current level of community integration of the new generation of migrant workers presents an unbalanced development.Secondly, the article analyses the relationship between urban public service and the new generation migrant workers' community integration through multiple regression analysis. It shows that in economic integration, urban public service efficiency has significant positive influence with it.The higher the service efficiency, the higher the level of economic integration;in daily life integration dimension, urban public service and the fit degree between service and demand have more influence. The stronger the service ability and the higher the fit degree, the higher the level of daily life integration;and in psychological integration, the convenience of urban public service plays an important role. The more convenient the service is used by the new generation of migrant workers, the higher their psychological integration level is.Finally, based on the above findings, the paper puts forward suggestions for promoting the new generation migrant workers' community integration from two aspects. On the one hand, the new generation of migrant workers should improve their comprehensive quality to meet the challenges of the urban society. On the other hand, the urban public sectors need to improve the service efficiency in order to promote the new generation of migrant workers' economic integration.Urban public sectors improve their fitness and ability to improve their daily life and increase the convenience of service use to improve their psychological integration. The public sectors should improve the public service level, focus on the short board of economic integration and psychological integration, improve the overall level of the integration of the new generation of migrant workers, and speed up the process of the citizenization of the migrant workers.
