Study On The Effect Of Manufacturing Industrial Cluster On Industrial Pollution In The Context Of Industrial Economic Development

In the 21st century, the economy has developed rapidly; especially the industrial development. Meanwhile, the environmental pollution problems have been more prominent in the context of industrial economic development. In addition, in the context of the national industrial development trend, in the eastern coastal areas, a growing number of industrial enterprises have migrated to the central and western provinces and cities, and these provinces and cities gradually begin to undertake the industrial relocation task. But here is the question, what the central and western provinces can do to control, and take an actively new road to industrialization, avoid making the mistakes of "treatment after pollution". This paper will analyze these questions and put some constructive policy suggestions to ease industrial pollution.This paper summarizes the current research and select two factors, the industrial economic development and industrial agglomeration, namely study on the effect of industrial agglomeration on industrial pollution in the context of industrial economic development via the time series model and response surface methodology. In this paper, the main work has focused on the following two aspects:Firstly, in the context of industrial economic development, put forward the assumption 1 "economic growth has deepened the industrial pollution degree". This paper applies co-integration test and granger causality test to take an empirical analysis on the relationship, and finally draw the conclusions.Secondly, put forward the assumption 2 "industrial agglomeration has deepened the industrial pollution degree". This paper selects four major economic circles, namely the Bohai Economic Rim, Pan Pearl River Delta, Pan Yangtze River Delta and West Delta. And firstly do the research about the relationship between industrial agglomeration and the industrial pollution in these areas. Secondly what the west delta economic circle need to do to learn from the other three economic circles, so as to ensure the harmonious development of industrial economy and environment protection.
