Currently, the country is beginning to build up and implement a new round revolution of power system, power generation companies will face more complex market environment, making the power supply chain risk affect by more adversely factors, resulting in supply chain risk. Effective prevention and control of power industry supply chain risk, enhanced ability to resist risks of power generation companies, aims to reduce the risk. Therefore, studies of risk and management methods for generation enterprises in the supply chain will have great significance.Based on the Supply Chain Operations Reference Model (SCOR), this paper aims to identify the risk of each generation of supply chain processes, build power plants supply chain risk identification model, using Confirmatory Factor Model to verify the validity and reasonable of the five supply chain risk identification model. Five recognition model of supply chain risk factors are strategic culture of risk, the risk of the procurement process, the production process risk, distribution, transmission, and returns and external risk factors. Confirmatory Factor Model (CFM) of the data results show that, power supply chain risk identification model based on SCOR model has high reliability. Extracted fifteen indicators from the confirmatory factor model as the index system of supply chain risk assessment model, the establishment of power generation enterprise supply chain risk assessment model based on BP neural network, after several times training and testing show that supply chain risk assessment model is effective. At last, based on the SCOR model, this paper puts forward the prevention measures of integrated supply chain risk management respectively from five aspects, which are the strategic culture process, procurement process, production, distribution, transmission and the return process and external factors...
