Research On Coordination Management And The Evaluation Index System Of Smart Distribution Network Whole Process

With grid connection, large amount use of distributed energy and energy storage, high demand of power reliability, distribution network faces both opportunities and challenges. It is very urgent to improve management to address these challenges which will help smart network to fulfill its potential. Then, interaction mechanism with customers will be built. Distributed energy, distributed energy and renewable energy will be absorbed at a maximum amount. It only will not provide the society with more secure, reliable and higher quality of energy, but also provide wide social and economic effectiveness for our country.Through the analysis of smart distribution network characteristics, the demand of distribution network on new technology was predicted under the development of smart network. After the summarization of distribution network management, "three-dimensional integrated" smart distribution whole process management was designed. Furthermore, the comprehensive risk management system was built. Besides, taking the example of smart distribution network self-healing capability, the case analysis of the whole process management was carried out. Then, indicator assessment system of smart network whole process management was built. At last, comprehensive assessment based on AHP was conducted.The whole process management pattern designed in this paper was built after analyzing the new demand of smart distribution network and the current situation of distribution network management. We consider it worthwhile and reliable. So it would be applied in optimal management of distribution network. The whole process assessment system of smart distribution network is based on whole process management pattern and scientific comprehensive method, which would similarly helpful in real assessment of distribution network managent.
