The Research Of Cost Management Of Distribution Construction Project

Since the national electricity system continued to advance, pattern of the power construction market has also been gradually broken, so that the power of construction enterprises are facing increasingly fierce competition. In addition to policy, market and external factors, that plagued by traditional power construction enterprise program mode, and weak self-management, backward control means and wasted material serious, all of these are resulting in costs out of control, and economic decline in business. Therefore, strengthening cost management is the most important in modern enterprise management.The article firstly proposed the background and purpose and significance of this study, summarizes the status of distribution of construction project cost management. Meanwhile, this paper summarized the content and theoretical construction of project cost management and distribution structure, and described features of the distribution of construction project cost management, summarized the main issues of cost management exist. Secondly, the article constructed influencing factors analysis model of the cost of construction projects and distribution projects, and to explain the main factors affecting the distribution of the project cost and relationship of the construction projects. Finally, the article proposed some ways to control the cost of construction projects and distribution projects, and succeeded in solving some of the problems of cost management in case using the analysis model and the proposed method in the paper, and reduced the project cost. This article aims to explore how to effectively manage the cost of construction projects and distribution projects, and to address the key issues of cost management, given the relevant policy recommendations, provided a reference for the further promotion of construction project cost management.For the survival and development of the enterprise, the cost analysis management is the center. With the market oriented, establish the operating mechanism, adopted the need of market economy, to reduce project costs, improve economic efficiency, enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, obviously, the most effective way is to introduce cost management of distribution projects. We expect that the results of this paper will paly a positive role in the field of cost management of distribution projects.
