In recent years, countries all over the world rise the improvement of energy utility efficiency and the development of clean energy to the national strategy. Distributed natural gas power generation, with many advantages such as energy saving and environmental protection, has been widely recognized and applied all over the world. In the "tewlfth-five-year-plan" of China, distributed energy industry is vigorously encouraged, distributed power generation and centralized energy supply system should achieve coordinated development. But at present, China’s pricing mechanism for distributed natural gas power generation is not scientific, the irrational situation of the price system still exists. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct in-depth study and analysis of the pricing mechanism and put forward some reasonable policy proposals to ensure the healthy and orderly development of the industry.Based on the summary of related studies, the current situation of the development and the current policy system of distributed natural gas power generation in China, this paper respectively puts forward the pricing mechanisms based on the cost and the amount of energy saving, and studies the bidding strategy of distributed natural gas power generation under the electricity trading market, and puts forward the reasonable pricing parameters. On the basis of theoretical research, the example of the distributed natural gas power co-generation project of A energy technology center is selected to carry out empirical analysis. Combined with the conclusion of the empirical research, some reasonable suggestions on China’s future pricing mechanism of distributed natural gas power generation is proposed.
