Study On Evaluation Of Land Ecological Security Based On Matter Element Model In Urumqi City

Land ecological safety is related to a country or a region’s political,economic and national defense basic social problems,related to the most basic problems of survival and guarantee,and is a matter of regional land sustainable utilization status.The research of land ecological security has the necessity and urgency.Accompanied the process of land use, a series problems of land ecological security flood.Urumqi is the capital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region,which is located in the Eurasia region.Due to the lack of rain,the regional natural conditions become poorer,combined with a certain degree of land resource over exploitation,extensive management,weak consciousness of the land resource protection.Land vegetation has been damaged.With serious desertification and the salinization of soil,the ecological environment security is threatened.On the basis of related research,this paper choses Urumqi as the research area.Then the pape chooses the region land ecological security index,which has the influential factors.And it establishes the land ecological security evaluation index system,and apply the matter-element model of Urumqi city during 2003-2012 years of land ecological security evaluation.Then the change rule of land ecological security in this decade can be analied,detailed in interpretation produce of dynamic change.Based on those,the paper puts forward land resource ecological security suggestions and basis in the region to the direction of healthy and sustainable development.The research content and conclusion of this article are:The first,the paper makes a comparative analysis of 2003-2012 land use dynamic change situation.On the respect of single land use dynamic degree,Urumqi increased the urban infrastructure construction investment,the amount of land for construction,rapid growth, the growth rate of the first land transport.The proportion of agricultural land was decreased, and it should continue to optimize the structure of land.The second,after the analysis of the factors about affecting land ecological security,the paper selects the unit area of the use of pesticides and fertilizers, according to the "nature- economy- society" model.Based on the analysis of single index and land the ecological security of the different levels of membership,the paper gets the influence degree of of land ecological security,and analyzes the reasons for the changes and rules.The third,compared with the matter element model for ten years in Urumqi City,the land ecological security value was at the overall and was not get the best level.Correlation values were detailed between-1and 0.The state was not stable displayed.Urumqi land ecological security of 2003-2007 was in the "poor class".It was the "risk level" in 2008 and reached "sensitive stage" in 2009-2010.It entered a "good level" in 2011.The forth,to improve land ecological security of Urumqi,the government shoud make some recommend strategies.Such as it shoud make reasonable adjustment of land distribution,optimize the industrial structure,establish the environmental monitoring systems,conduct public education,and improve legal proceedings.
