The Research On Farmers Practical Technical Training Based On The Modern Agricultural Industry System Of Xinjiang

Since the reformation and opening-up in China, the industrialization and urbanization have been improved, and the economy has been boosted vigorously. Under the economic situation of sustained growth,agricultural output value relative to other industries are shrinking, growing “three agricultural problems”are exposed, which has become the top priority of China’s economic work. Development of modern agricultural industry system in Xinjiang need to improve peasant’s quality, which is can’t be unsatisfied by the existing farmers in Xinjiang’s agricultural labor force. The research in this thesis is based on the perspective of modern agricultural industry system in Xinjiang, explores the ways through the promotion of farmers’ training in practical techniques to achieve their quality. This paper expounds the connotation of the farmer training which is based on the Xinjiang agricultural industrial system and human resources theory and the theory of public management, and discusses the relationship between them. Secondly, it describes modern agricultural industry system in Xinjiang and the development of modern agricultural industry system in Xinjiang.Again, through questionnaires to farmers from some counties in Xinjiang, we have a full understanding of farmers’ cultural quality, willingness of training, training needs, training status and satisfaction with training and so on.Based on the existing practical technical training for farmers in Xinjiang, we have found out in Xinjiang farmers practical technology training available does not fully meet the needs of modern agriculture.There are some problems existing, such as few training institutions, the imperfect management system. On this basis, we have applied Logistic model for the training of farmers willingness to accept an empirical analysis of influencing factors.At last survey probes the issues presented and put forward to policy recommendations which meet the needs of modern agricultural industry development in Xinjiang farmers practical skill training.
