At present,in order to achieve long-term sustainable development,large state-owned manufacturing enterprises needs to enhance the technical capacity of the staff,and provid enough talent support for itself.This paper first to analyzed the current technology of N company staff training through the investigation and statistical method,and found that there exist several problems in the training of technical staff,such as ineffective training analysis,unreasonable training courses setting and training mode cannot meet the demand,lack of control for the process of training,and its training evaluation mechanism is not reasonable.To solve the above problems,this study complete the design work of employee training system of N company,from the aspects of training requirements,curriculum system,training mode,training process control and evaluation and the feedback mechanism.Firstly,we lay a good foundation for designing effective training courses by the method of investigation and deep into the workforce and defining training needs;training curriculum design is the core part of the training system,the curriculum design should be reasonable to meet the training needs of employees on the one hand,to improve the occupation development space,on the other hand should support the enterprise development strategy,always clear training service for the development of enterprises;to enhance the training course results presented in this study should be comprehensive use of various training methods,to meet the training needs of staff,improve the training effect;finally,the establishment of strict training process control system,And the design of the corresponding training evaluation mechanism can effectively guarantee the operation effect of employee training system.Construction of training system is the core part of this study,however,only the training system itself is not enough.In order to make the training can really play effect,the enterprise can form the atmosphere of learning and training,is the corresponding measures.This study from the strengthening of the construction of learning culture,optimize the training organization,training period preparation and construction of four aspects of training system,training support for N company pointed out the policy suggestions.It will spend a lot of time and energy to improve the training system,this is a system engineering,and need N's overall grasp from a strategic level.This paper find out the general principles of constructing the system of technical staff training,through the study of employee training system of N company,in order to provide references for construction of technology companies in the same industry the employee training system.
