In land renovation activities, people too much set our sights on land regulation engineering design and project construction the foundation stage, performance evaluation for hand very little attention.The existing evaluation is for land remediation single benefit, lack of comprehensive performance evaluation for land consolidation and rehabilitation project. single benefit cannot complete intuitive response from the land after the renovation project of actual effect. Evaluation of the implementation process and the results are equally important.Land remediation should be comprehensive, systematic work, carry out land remediation,should not just focus on the benefits, to analyze the process should also be on the benefits generated by. The process and result of land regulation performance is unified, indivisible,regulation of land management and implementation of performance is the driving force of land remediation, but also to promote the benign development of the prerequisite and foundation.This paper takes Jinxian 16 County in 2011 which has been the implementation of the project of comprehensive performance evaluation of land consolidation and rehabilitation project as an example, from the basic theory of performance evaluation, content of the research, evaluation measures, evaluation criterion to proceed, then from the three aspects of performance management, the implementation of performance and performance has selected 16 evaluation establishes a set of index system for performance evaluation of land remediation of Jinxian County, taking advantage of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,then the basis of land regulation performance evaluation grade standard is determined. Through the performance evaluation, the land consolidation and rehabilitation project in seven Township seven village 6 village is excellent, as land renovation project in Hong Kong Wen Zhen Chang Tang Cun 6 villages is medium, land renovation project for the rest of the benign. The research results show that: the index system and the methodadopted can comprehensive reflect land renovation performance very good, reflect the performance results for performance evaluation of county land rectification work carried out has a certain exemplary role.
