This paper has important significance to prepare for the preparation of a new round of land renovation plan of 13 th Five-Year, enhance the implementation of the 13 th Five-Year land remediation planning compilation level and guide land remediation projects, this paper makes a reference for the future planning of the land consolidation planning and policy formulation.
