A Study On The Financing Efficiency Of The SMEs Based On Industrial Cluster

A regional economic development usually has relations with a specific industry cluster, industrial cluster is not only a result of a regional economic development strategy, and but also the outcome of the development of industrialization. The small and medium-sized enterprises is the main force of industrial cluster formation. Since China’s reform and opening up, the SMEs have achieved rapid development, becoming the life-blood of the national economy, but "financing difficulties" problem has become the main bottleneck restricting the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in our country. "Financing difficulties" not only affected the SMEs scale, product innovation, continuous operation, but also bring negative effect on the development of industrial clusters and the industrial economic structure optimization. Therefore, how to ease the financing problems of SMEs has become a hot issues,discussed by industrial and commercial enterprises, government and academia increasingly, but the research on cluster financing based on small and medium-sized enterprises are not so much, and lack empirical research. Therefore, the research is based on the industry cluster of SMEs,making theory research and empirical analysis of financing of cluster of SMEs.In recent years, the SMEs have a rapid development in a form of clusters in liaoning, the cluster financing not only solve the problem of SMEs financing difficulties, promoting the economic development of liaoning region, but also drive the sustainable development of the whole northeast region. The study is based on financing theory of SMEs, industrial cluster theory, cluster financing theory, make a research on cluster financing model. First of all, on the basis of existing research, that cluster financing is a breakthrough of SMEs financing constraints. Based on industrial cluster financing mechanism in reducing information asymmetry has the congenital superiority, reducing the management risk, and can improve the efficiency of the integration of enterprise capital and output. To illustrate the cluster financing influence on corporate financing efficiency, this article apply DEA evaluation model on enterprises financing efficiency, through the questionnaire data,we answered the question in theoretical and empirical.Finally, according to the previous theoretical foundation and empirical analysis combined with current situation of the development of liaoning province,we puts forward related Suggestions.
