Research Of Sino-US New Energy Trade

Energy as the public resources for human survival and society development is very important for a country or an economic entity.Along with the high speed of economic globalization,we are running out of traditional energy day by day,the environment is getting worse,global warming,ect.,the development of new energy became a strategic policy of sustainable development for every country in the world.Some developed countries,such as USA,Europe,etc.,adjusted energy policy already and put more strength on new energy development,especially on solar,wind,biomass, and nuclear,etc..In recent years,China has made a tremendous effort on new energy industry,also made some progess on technology and manufacture;at the meantime,along with the rapid growth of Chinese economy and international prestige,the sino-us trade reached on a wider level,trade imbalance is exacerbated,the trade confliction between China and USA are more and more,as we can see it extended to the new energy industry.Along with the development of new energy,the trade protection in USA has occured, mainly as anti-dumping,anti-subsidy,supporting measures and intellectual property,etc.,trade confliction between USA and China affected the benefits for both countries.USA and China as the biggest developed and developing countries in the world,both resources,economic strctures,industry strctures and consumption level,ect.,are highly complementary,the cooperation in new energy between China and USA is broad.This paper is divided into six parts and focused on the trade issues in new energy industry between China and USA.Chapter one is the introduction,including the background and meaning of writing this paper,literature review,research thoughts and approaches,innovation and defect points.Chapter two introduced some related theories,including the meaning of new energy,trade competitiveness and confliction,game theory,etc..Chapter three analysed the current situation on new energy development in China and USA,and specifically analysed the existingproblems,comparatively analysed the situation between China and USA.Chapter four used some trade competitive indexes,such as RCA and TC,to comparatively analyse the competitive condition bewteen USA and China.Chapter five emphatically analysed the trade confliction and discussed the game behaviors between China and USA by using the Game Theory,including cooperative and non-cooperative game,Nash-Equilibirum and Pareto Efficiency,etc..Chapter six offered some suggestions and drew a conclusion based on the analysis of development and sino-us cooperation in new energy industry.
