The Research On Hunan Modern Agricultural Science And Technology Development And Regional Financial Support

Scientific and technological innovation is essential to modern agriculture development, which cannot leave financial support. Relying on the regional finance can improve the level of agricultural development, researching on agricultural science and technology finance is the result and further study of the segmentation of technology and financial support. Hunan province, a traditional agricultural province, has strong modern agricultural leading enterprises of science and technology. However, there have been some disadvantages including low proportion of direct financing of agricultural science and technology enterprises, less innovation of financial products, lack of agricultural science and technology insurance and other issues. Therefore, in view of the development of modern agriculture in Hunan province, from the perspective of financial support to agricultural science and technology research and development, researching how to better play the regional financial strength to guarantee the development of modern agricultural science and technology really has a certain practical significance and theoretical significance.This article consists of six parts:the first part is introduction, mainly elaborating the selected topic background, significance, research contents and train of thought, which summarizes the research status in agricultural science and technology in the financial sector both at home and abroad. The second part explains related concepts and theoretical basis on the modern agricultural science and technology and regional financial, and analyzes the reason, the pattern, the benefits and risks of regional financial support of modern agricultural science and technology. The third part elaborates the present situation and the problems on the development of modern agricultural science and technology of Hunan existing in the financial supply, through the empirical analysis of Hunan agricultural listed companies financing structure on its R&D spending. The fourth part is about the analysis on the successful experience of financial support in the development of modern agricultural science and technology at home and abroad. The fifth part, on the basis of above analysis, the writer put forward the policy of financial support, in order to promote sustainable development of the modern agricultural science and technology of Hunan, including the coordination mechanism of construction of modern agricultural science and technology policy and financial policy; encouragement of financial products innovation, combining of characteristic modern agricultural science and technology and agriculture project of science and technology park; creating a good financial ecological environment of modern agricultural science and technology, and strengthening personnel training, etc. The sixth part, the writer draws the conclusion and points out the lack of this research.
