A Research On Financial Support To Agricultural Science And Technology Innovation Research Of Hunan Province

Science and technology is the first productivity, finance is the first driving force. Although Hunan province has achieved some success in the field of agricultural science and technology innovation, it still faces a very serious challenge, such as weak industrial competitiveness, backward agricultural infrastructure and food security. In order to deepen the reform of the supply side, promote the integration of industry, agricultural science and technology innovation is the most important. It can strengthen the foundation of agricultural modernization, accelerate the process of agricultural modernization and achieve the goal of build a well-off society in an all-round way. The agricultural science and technology innovation has played a crucial role on achieving the early realization of a comprehensive well-off society. However, due to the lack of investment in agricultural science and technology innovation in Hunan, distribution structure is irrational, the lack of funds as a stumbling block to hinder the development of agricultural science and technology innovation. Therefore, in this paper, the study of financial supports to agriculture of Hunan province science and technology innovation highly realistic significance.This paper is based on the innovation theory and financial development theory. Firstly, based on the policy financial institutions, commercial financial institutions, capital market and venture capital institutions, the paper analysis of the current situation of financial support to agricultural science and technology innovation of Hunan. Secondly, the empirical analysis of the financial support to agriculture of Hunan province science and technology innovation. One is to use factor analysis to measure the agricultural science and technology innovation ability. Two is to take multiple linear regression method to assess the role of financial support for agricultural science and technology innovation, regression results show that financial support for agricultural science and technology innovation in Hunan province has a significant positive effect; Three is the study of the influence factors of financial support to agricultural science and technology innovation empirical analysis, the regression results show that:Agricultural deposits, the number of financial professionals and rural financial intermediary efficiency has a positive correlation with financial support agriculture, rural financial institutions distribution density has an negative correlation related with the financial support. Thirdly, through the domestic and foreign experience for reference, it can provide reference for the financial support of Hunan province. Lastly, Based on the current situation of financial support to agriculture of Hunan province science technology innovation and the results of empirical analysis, financial support to agriculture of Hunan province science and technology innovation puts forward relevant policy suggestions: Strengthen the government’s guiding role and play a positive role of policy finance; Recommend the financial professionals and improve the rural financial service quality; Increase the number of financial institutions and expand the coverage of rural financial institutions; Improve agricultural deposits into the efficiency of agricultural loans and promote the development of agricultural science and technology innovation; Broaden the capital market financing channels and strengthen the support of the capital market; Improve the related legal system and establishes the basis of financial support to agricultural science and technology innovation.
