Research On Financial Support Of Agricultural Science And Technology Based On Different Innovation Subjects

Agricultural science and technology innovation is an indispensable driving force to promote the development of modern agriculture.Agricultural science and technology enterprises,agricultural-related universities and scientific research institutions,new agricultural business entities,agricultural science and technology service organizations and other different agricultural science and technology innovation subjects are important forces to promote the development of modern agricultural science and technology innovation.At the same time,the development of agricultural science and technology innovation of different subjects can not be separated from financial support.Hunan is a traditional agricultural province with abundant resources of agricultural science and technology innovation.However,there are still many problems such as low investment in agricultural science and technology finance,insufficient innovative products of agricultural science and technology finance,lack of financial support for collaborative innovation among the main bodies of agricultural science and technology innovation,and lack of agricultural science and technology insurance.Therefore,in view of the reality of Hunan’s modern agricultural development,starting from the perspective of financial support for the development of different agricultural science and technology innovation subjects,it has certain practical significance to study how to better play the financial support for different agricultural science and technology innovation subjects to ensure the development of Hunan’s modern agricultural science and technology.This paper consists of five parts:The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the background and significance of the topic,expounds the current research status at home and abroad,and puts forward the research ideas,research methods.The second part elaborates the related concepts and theoretical foundations of agricultural science and technology financial support of different innovation subjects.The third part elaborates the characteristics of agricultural science and technology innovation and the characteristics of financial demand of different innovation subjects.The fourth part analyzes the status quo and problems of agricultural science and technology financial support of different innovative subjects in Hunan.On the basis of the previous analysis,the fifth part puts forward corresponding countermeasures,such as broadening the financing channels of agricultural science and technology enterprises,strengthening the precise financial services for the new agricultural management entities,improving the efficiency of fund use of agricultural universities and research institutions,and increasing the Agricultural science and technology service organizations have multi-level financial support,accelerate the construction of agricultural science and technology financial service system,build an agricultural science and technology financial service platform,and support collaborative innovation of science and technology among different entities.
