Sustained Growth Path Selection Of The High-tech Enterprises In Heilongjiang Province Based On Dynamic Capability

Nowadays, information globalization makes the spread of technology and knowledgemore directly and more quickly, and greatly contributes to the development of high-techindustry. High-tech enterprises, as the carrier of the high-tech industry, are facing increasinglycomplex market environment. If high-tech enterprises want a sustained growth, they mustenhance their dynamic capabilities. The present articles focused on the research gaps ofhigh-tech enterprises sustainable development in Heilongjiang province. At the present time,it aimed at the research gaps of continuing growth of high-tech enterprises in Heilongjiangprovince, and analyzed the continued growth of high-tech enterprises in Heilongjiang whichbasing on the dynamic capability perspective. It has a great theoretical significance andpractical value to promoting the continued growth of high-tech enterprises in Heilongjiangprovince.In this paper, firstly, according to the particularity of the high-tech enterprises, theresearch established the static ability of them, which included the science and technologyactivities, the technological innovation ability, the insight and learning ability, the entirereconstructing capacity, the staff quality ability, and the support obtaining ability. It built thegeneration model of dynamic capabilities, and combined the six kind of static ability with theexternal dynamic environment of high-tech enterprises which could improved and updated thehigh-tech enterprises continuously. This kind of static ability which constantly updated,became the dynamic capabilities of high-tech enterprises. It also analyzed the mechanism thatdynamic capabilities on the sustainable growth of enterprises. Through the improvement ofdynamic capabilities, companies can ensure the smooth operation of the organizations, theresistance of the competition from the market, and the external risk circumvention, in order toachieve the sustained growth.Secondly, it established a high-tech enterprise dynamic capabilities matrix model,and divided high-tech enterprises into four types. It proposed different growing paths to thesefour types of high-tech enterprises, included network resource development type, marketoriented type, innovative technology development type, and strategic oriented type. At thesame time, it determined the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model on the dynamiccapabilities of the high-tech enterprises. Through the model, it determined the type of high-tech enterprises in Heilongjiang, and selected the appropriate growth path.Finally, proposed the suggestion of sustained growth of the high-tech enterprises inHeilongjiang province.
