Quality Control Of Furniture Logistics

With the economic development and the improvement of people’s living standard, people’s demand for furniture is also growing.The role of furniture logistics played in the connection between furniture producers and consumers are increasingly important.However,"more concentrate on manufacturing,less circulation" thinking seriously hampered the safety and rapidly development of furniture logistics for a long time,and people pay less attention to the quality of the logistics, seriously damage to the product is result.How to strengthen on quality control of the furniture logistics is a very important object.Based on this background, quality of furniture logistics were studied in this paper.Firstly, this paper analyzed the present research situation of furniture logistics and logistics quality control at home and abroad, defined the concept of furniture logistics and quality control, moreover, it deeply analyzed the content and features of furniture logistics quality control, briefly introduced the present situation of our country’s furniture logistics quality control, and analyzed the problems existing in the current furniture logistics quality control; Secondly, built scientific furniture logistics quality control index system, which based on the people、mechanisms、technical equipment operations and environmental factors that affect the establishment of furniture logistics quality control system and the principles of establishing furniture logistics quality control index system, then introduced the main methods of evaluation, focusing on the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP), and applied AHP to evaluate furniture logistics quality control; Finally, took furniture company A as an example to conduct case study, according to the evaluation results, analyzed the problems existing in the logistics quality control of furniture company A, and proposed measure for improvement, which has a certain significance and practical value on guiding and improving our country’s furniture logistics quality control.The factors affecting the quality of the furniture company in the logistics control process were analyzed in this paper,and a more scientific and reasonable evaluation index system was built.Therefore, the corresponding improvement measures were proposed, to make a breakthrough on the basic application research of furniture logistics quality control, and to provide theoretical and practical guide for building and running quality control system of our country’s furniture logistics industry.
