This paper mostly studied the problem of the construction of logistics system in wooden panel furniture enterprises. In some way, the distribution logistics was the mirror of the providing logistics, so this chapter mostly studied the elements that owned by distribution logistics only. Distribution logistics was another joint with society logistics and the reason of existence of enterprises. So the running of distribution logistics was the aim of entitle logistics system. Without distribution logistics, other logistics would lose the significance of existence. The seventh chapter introduced the converse logistics system. It mostly included the connotation and influencing elements of converse logistics in wooden panel furniture enterprises.
