Research On Optimization And Evaluation Of Production Logistics Systems Of Panel Furniture

This paper mostly studied the optimization of production logistics system of panel furniture enterprises,the furniture industry plays a decisive role in improving the developing speed of national economy and increasing the financial income.Nowadays,No matter at home or abroad,furniture enterprises are facing double competition.In order to win the success in the fierce competition,they must constantly improve their own competitiveness.Logistics is the third profit source of enterprise.To the panel furniture enterprises,the production logistics is the core link of logistics. Research found that the production logistics of panel furniture exists a lot of questions such as the allocation of equipment is not reasonable,the logistics costs is too high,the efficiency of logistics management is too low and so on.Generally,the panel furniture enterprises lack a scientific and reasonable standards and methods for their production logistics system.Therefore,the article researched the modeling and evaluation of production logistics system on the panel furniture.The research has important theory significance and practice value in evaluating and promoting the performance of the production logistics of panel furniture.The main research work is as follows:Firstly,analyzing the structure and characteristics of production logistics system of panel furniture in combination with the production process of panel furniture.Summary analysis the universal problems of production logistics systems of panel furniture.Secondly,building the analysis model of production logistics system of panel furniture based on SCOR,and building the OTCPN model of the production line of panel furniture on the basis of combining the timed colored Petri net and object oriented modeling technology. The production logistics system of panel furniture has the characteristics of dynamic reconfiguration and function modular.Building function model of each production activities on the basis of decomposing production activities.According to the relationship of mapping function model to dynamic model,getting the TCPN model of various production activities.Through the entire system,each TCPN model is connected to form the OTCPN model of the whole system.The simulation analysis is carried out based on the Witness model. Analysing the performance of the common indexes such as productivity, stability probability and so on commonly used in the production line of panel furniture.Thirldly,building the evaluation index system of production logistics system of panel furniture on the basis of the SCOR model.Using AHP to evaluate the production logistics system and obtain the weight of each index.Through an example and design a comprehensive evaluation index to get a comprehensive score of the production logistics system of panel furniture.According to the evaluation result,giving the improvement suggestion of production logistics systems of panel furniture.
