The Study On Constructing A New System Of Financial Support To Agriculture According To Benefit

Financial support of agriculture is an aspect of public support. To enhance the benefit of public support is the final target of financial support and it is an important standard to estimate financial management. Our country's financial support to agriculture must take the aim of benefit, which is not only the request of public support, but also on the consideration of our weak financial strength. According to the benefit, the study estimates the economical benefit, zoological benefit and social benefit through the demonstration and criterion analysis, then it analyses management system, support structure, support ways and target, finally, on the base of the advanced experiences of foreign countries and domestic regions, it constructs a new system of financial support to agriculture abiding by the rules of WTO.
