Taihuyuan Central Eco-town Of Lin’an City Construction Problems And Countermeasures

The central town as a key town within a certain region agglomeration industry, concentration of population, integrated function, plays an important role in the area of the node of national economy and social development. With the in-depth development of the construction of ecological civilization, to the pursuit of the harmonious coexistence of man and nature, to the goal of the synchronous development of society, economy, ecology, the construction of eco-town is gradually on the rise. As a provincial central town in Zhejiang, the town of Taihuyuan in Lin’an, in accordance with the value orientation of ecological civilization, actively explores the development mode of ecological economy and economic ecology, which has forged ahead through a way of the win-win situation between economy and ecology, and the harmony between man and nature. This paper uses Taihuyuan town as an example, conducts a systematical research on the construction of the central eco-town, and explores an effective way to build an eco-town under the background of ecological civilization construction.In this paper, based on the experience of understanding and learning domestic and international eco-town construction, the practice of central eco-town construction of Taihuyuan were summarized and combed. Then, make an analysis of the difficulties and problems existing in the construction of Taihuyuan central eco-town. Finally, put forward countermeasures and suggestions: Clear thinking and goal, strengthen the planning, improve the center town function, develop the advantage industry system, advocate for resource conservation and green consumption concept of ecological civilization, increase in the level of elements security, promoting administrative accountability system.
