Safety Training Management Research Of FA Group

Recent years, with the development of China economy and international status improved, our market demand has been changed obviously. The steel and iron industry is facing the unprecedented opportunity and challenge. Because the increase of investment projects, our steel and iron industry develops rapidly. There are many different risks existing in the production process of steel and iron industry. It has been one of the numerous industry who is the most easy to happen safety accidents in production. In steel and iron industry, the safe management demand is improving by themselves, only in this way, it is beneficial to the enterprise development. Now, most of the steel and iron enterprises competitive in their areas more and more, the enterprise wants to survive and develop, the safe training management mechanism should be build and meet the actual, to realize the standardization of safety production. Only improve the management mechanism of enterprise safety training, then building the overall management by production operation standard scientific and safety.This thesis analyses the current situation existing problems in safety training management of FA group, and offer some advice. First, introduce the meaning and significance of safety training,through elaborating the safety training management of FA group, specific research results on safety training and management mechanism of domestic and foreign enterprises; Second, summarize the safety training management mechanism situation of FA group, found out the specific problems and lack existed in the safety training of FA group. Finally, take some suggestions and methods based on these problems, so that the methods improved in safety training management system and effectively prevent the potential safety problems in production of FA group.
