The Product Service Provider Selection In The New Logistics Service Supply Chain

Abstract:With the strengthening of the logistics industry’s supporting role in the development of national economy, the research on logistics service supply chain has become an important branch of academic research in the field of supply chain. In order to adaptation the logistics service demand of Industry collaboration and modern integrated, more and more have gradually formed between logistics supply and demand side and logistics enterprises, this resource integration can realize the supply chain upstream and downstream integrated collaborative symbiotic type of modern logistics service mode of operation. The mode of operation of logistics service supply chain is an important means to realize the integration of social resources and the sustainable development of the logistics industry, and provides a feasible way for the organic integration of its manufacturing and logistics industry. At present the study on the logistics service supply chain has not formed a mature system. It is an urgent need to study the theoretical basis to guide the practical operation.The study carried on the theoretical and empirical research on the structure model of logistics service supply chain. The study is on the basis of the existing theory experience, based on product service system (PSS) concept. The study on induction and summary of relevant basic definition of logistics service supply chain and the basic structure of literature, pointing out the deficiencies of existing research, and we take the integrator of logistics service supply chain as the core, and take product service provider to integrated logistics services to customers as the basic structure. It will construct a new logistics service supply chain model. The logistics service supply chain mode can realize the function integration of logistics, service and sales by the role of integrator of logistics service supply chain. This model have reduced the bullwhip effect effectively and the logistics service supply chain length has been greatly shorten. This model improves the tightness of the chain.In the process of implementation of the new logistics service supply chain system, a key step is to select suitable products service provider. Compared to the traditional supplier, the new suppliers in the logistics service supply chain is products services provider, the study put forward the index system of product service provider evaluation model of logistics service supply chain mode, and the paper use the entropy method and GF model method, With five candidate supplier as an example, we have chosen suitable products service provider.For enrich the logistics service supply chain pattern library and the product service provider selection in the process. This paper have provided the necessary theoretical basis and date support. Specifically, the significance of the study on logistics service supply chain theory research and practical application are mainly reflected two aspects:On the one hand, at present, there is seldom the logistics services integrator as the leading core of the supply chain in the new mode of the logistics service supply chain. The study introduces the concept of product service system, with integrated logistics services as the core, constructs a model of logistics service supply chain model. This model will enrich the logistics service supply chain and provide some reference significance for theoretical research of logistics service supply chain.On the other hand, this paper provides empirical support for the realization of mode selection in logistics service supply chain products services. A very important premise condition model of logistics service supply chain is to choose a suitable partner. This study through the theory and case analysis on product service provider selection problem is studied, and provides some inspiration for the logistics enterprises management practice.The main contribution of this study is to break through the boundaries between logistics and manufacturing enterprises, realize the extension of logistics services to products and services, provides new thinking and methods for the construction of logistics service supply chain. This is consistent with the trend of fusion of modern logistics industry and manufacturing industry, in line with the requirements of regulation and planning of the logistics industry era.
