Atpresent,the mode of production of light industry still be labor intensive,such as textile and clothing manufacturing enterprises.As the backbone of these enterprises,front-line staff plays an important role during the production process.But because most of the front-line staff have lower level of education, and the content of the work is relatively single, the intensity of labor is very high, low wages,turnover is very common.Technical progress of petroleum andchemical industry provide power for development, produced a seriesof new products and by-products, have advanced technology and high-tech products, improve people’s living standard. Whereas the characteristics of this industry have high working strength and dangerous environment, the so-called high salary is no longer a reason for attracting employees,turnover became commonplace.Whether they have strong sense of compensation unfairness, which affect their job satisfaction and embeddedness.As the main factors of turnover,we pay more attention on compensation fairness and job embeddedness.How to increase compensation fairness,job satisfaction and job embeddedness of front-line staff?Previous studies confirmed that compensation fairness have strong influence on job performance and turnover.How much extent about compensation fairness affect job satisfaction and job embeddedness,The influence of compensation fairness to job embeddedness is the main content of this article.On the basis of the review of the literature,we regard the front-line staff of textile enterprise S and petroleum enterprise L in Gansu province as research object.We assumed the relationships among the three concepts above, using questionnaire to investigation, then using SEM for statistics to analyze the collected data.The results show that compensation fairness have positive influence on job embeddedness.This research have practical significance about how to increase job embeddedness and job satisfaction,decrease the turnoverrate of front-line staff.
