Research Of Agricultural Products Traceability System Based On Quality Certification

Quality certifications have good guarantee ability of agricultural products safety, and establishing traceability system is considered an effective method to solve the food safety problems, the world’s leading agricultural developed regions are actively building. Constructing the agricultural products traceability system with quality certifications can guarantee the quality of food, enhance consumer confidence and the implementation of the food safety accident accountability, this article explores for it actively, reviews domestic and foreign agricultural products traceability system firstly, introduces the results of consumer demand analysis, demonstrates the necessity, and provides some guidance, compares agricultural products certification and traceability technology, gives overall design of the system, realizes the application examples of traceability system of each process. The main results are as followed:1. Through the research and application of more than ten years, Chinese agricultural products quality traceability system has made great progress in key links and application in agricultural products. But the actual utility of traceability system is limited, some problems still exist, traceability is lack of recognition, the market of "high quality, high price" has not formed. The traceability system requires more combinations of third party authentication, such as GAP certification, food safety management system certification, to ensure the authenticity of traceability information.2. Survey results showed that:The purchase of agricultural products are mainly on the basis of their sensory judgment, most concerned about the safety, and not to give priority to the price factor. Whether it has caused damage has a great influence on the behaviour of consumers, recognition of "San Pin" is higher, others recognition need to be improved. Lack of confidence about quality assurance degree and price are two important factors of purchasing certified agricultural products. Traceability of vegetables, grains and fruits is also considered necessary. Therefore, combined with quality certification for building agricultural products traceability system is necessary.3. According to the statistics of the number of valid certificates, China’s current quality, certifications of food or agricultural products, include certification of products, such as nuisance-free agricultural products, green food and organic product, and certification of system, such as HACCP certification and ISO22000 certification are more suitable for processing enterprises, and GAP certification is more suitable for primary products. GAP certification is still in the initial stage, but has good momentum of development. Technology related to agricultural products quality traceability, except for the Internet of things, cloud computing and some new technology, other techniques have been studied and used for a long time, although there is still a certain distance compared with the advanced countries, but has relatively mature. Therefore, the feasibility of combining with quality certification for building agricultural products traceability system already have.4. We analyzed level 1 control points of fruit and vegetable products perform required by new GAP standard, proposed the establishment of enterprise internal documents and the specific crop cultivation technology regulation. Divided traceability information into fields and products, use EAN/UCC-128 code in GS1 system, and try to combine the GAP registration number to study code tracing, give examples of product traceability code. QR code is chosen as the main carrier of traceability information, designed and produced an example of traceability label.
