Study On The Development Model Of Rural Tourism Based On New～type Urbanization

To speed up the construction of urbanization is the important development strategies put forward by the party’s 18th major, in the process of urbanization, because of the different parts of the basic conditions, resources endowment, industrial structure, social and cultural differences, is bound to take different development model. Rural tourism as production consumption in the countryside, through its consumer aggregation and tourists handling industries, to revitalize the rural economy, promote the rural labor force employment and transfer, improve the rural infrastructure and service facilities and ecological environment at the same time, so the rural tourism become a new power to drive the new urbanization.Jinzhou Township as one of 22 new urbanization of Jilin Province, through the implementation of the leading enterprises in recent years to drive farmers land circulation, development of rural tourism, actively explore a new mode of urbanization construction. Take Jinzhou Township as the research object, this paper summarized the rural tourism development pattern based on driving the new urbanization, to speed up the new-type urbanization of our country has a positive reference value.Based on research background as the new urbanization became a national strategy, rural tourism became a new driving force of the urbanization, the Jinzhou Township became the pilot of new-type urbanization, through the actual investigation, from the administrative location, natural conditions, traffic location, social and economic situation in four aspects, such as a comprehensive understanding of the Jinzhou Township, and expounds the status of the rural tourism development in the Jinzhou Township. Based on the theory of regional development and choose rural tourism as a leading industry; Based on the connotation of the new urbanization, summarize the Jinzhou Township rural tourism to drive new way for the construction of urbanization; inductive analysis the rural tourism development pattern based on promoting new-type urbanization, named "the government push-leading enterprises dominant-develope rural tourism industry -construct rural tourism complex (achieve the new-type urbanization)". Combination the development model and the status quo, analysis of the model for the benefit to urbanization and the problems existing in the operation, and from the five aspects as community participation, tourism product development, personnel training, public marketing, financing channel, put forward development suggestion.
