Study On Fenyang Land Use Zoning Based On Suitability Evaluaiton

Land is a limited resource, is fundamental to human survival, development and carryinga series of social and economic activities, plays an irreplaceable role. With the increase ofpopulation, the continuous development of industrialization and city, land resources hasbecome an important restricting factor to regional development. Not only that, in the past for along period of time, the extensive land use and the management is relatively backward,resulting in the low efficiency of land utilization, land pollution problems appear frequently,further aggravated the tense situation of land resources, seriously affected and restricted thedevelopment and utilization of land sustainability use.In order to alleviate the problems in land utilization, promote the land use moreintensively scientifical,according to the previous land use issues in the research of division.This paper takes the land use zoning basic theory as a foundation, take Fenyang city as theresearch object. By interpreting remote sensing data areas at different times, analysis the landuse dynamicly, dissect the land-use structure problems currently existing. According to theprinciple of zoning land suitability, from ecological land suitability, agricultural landsuitability and construction land suitability three aspects, by selecting indicators, determiningthe weights, establish suitability evaluation system, to evaluate the suitability of differenttypes of land use, comprehensive zoning the land use "three-dimensional cube" matrixcombination method, to form a complete model of land use zoning. Finally, fenyang city isdivided into five areas: ecological forestry area, eco-agriculture area, basic farmlandprotection area, the general agricultural production area and economic development of theconstruction area. According to the regional realities and characteristics, proposed thedevelopment of recommendations. This paper preliminary establish land use zoning model based on suitability evaluation,building the system of land use zoning by quantitative technique based, combinating thequalitative. To provide a scientific basis for reasonable development and utilization of the land,has a certain theoretical value and practical significance.
