Since the year1998of housing monetary reform, China’s real estate marketflourished because of increasing demand of local customers, especially for thosehigh-income customers. For those middle-low income customers, they are unable tosolve their housing problem through local real estate market. Government subsidizedindemnificatory housing is an important and probably the only way to help thoselow-income groups find their precious space to live. The supply and demand of generalmerchandise can be adjusted by market regulations and signal of price changes. However, the price of protection houses is decided by the government, and the supply and demand of these houses is affected by multiple factors. Thus, the supply and demand of protection houses are lack of adjusted regulations.It also helps government to provide socialjustice and improve residents’ living quality. Recently, the low speed growth of China’seconomy has become a new normal phenomenon due to increasing pressures frommacro-economy. Under this background, the research and forecast of regularity betweenindemnificatory housing demand and supply is having a very positive and significantmeaning for government to make decisions in related field. Therefore, this article willfocus at Datong’s indemnificatory housing supply and demand in this research paper.This paper adopts both qualitative and quantitative research method. Firstly,through the literature review, it defined the related concepts and theories ofindemnificatory housing. Secondly, The paper study and evaluate Datong’sdevelopment and current situation of indemnificatory housing. Based on theoreticalanalysis and summary of related articles, the author find out some important factors thatmay influence the demand and supply of indemnificatory housing. By collectingrelevant data in Datong from the year1998to2013, with the help of SPSS19.0software,and using the factor analysis method, the author establishes an evaluation system ofDatong’s indemnificatory housing. Then, they analysis and evaluate Datong’s demandand supply of indemnificatory housing at different historical period. According to theabove influencing factors, they predict the demand and supply in Datong’sindemnificatory property between2014-2020and provide some recommendations inthis paper. In conclusion, the authors find out some important points present as follows: According to factor analysis, the author finds out there is a variation betweenDatong’s indemnificatory housing supply and GDP per capita, per capita income, percapita disposable income, per capita saving factors. There is a reverse relationshipbetween Datong’s indemnificatory housing and real estate development and investment.The change direction between the population, per capita living space, commercialproperty sales area and Datong’s indemnificatory housing supply is same.The change rend of supply and demand in Datong’s indemnificatory housing isbasically the same. Due to the downturn of economy, the variation ofIndemnificatory housing’s supply is greater than its demand. Two variation appearednot synchronization.Due to prediction conducted by the author, there is a fundamental balance betweensupply and demand of Datong’s indemnificatory housing in short period.indemnificatory housing supply will gradually increase while its demand willdecreasing in near future. Finally, an oversupply will exist in the market. Datong canestablish a decision making system to control and monitoring indemnificatory housingsupply or a new management method for indemnificatory housing finance to improvethe current mode.The author summarize some good advices:1. A scientific decision making system to ensure an consistency between demandand supply.2. An effective system to isolate Indemnificatory housing and commercial propertymarket.3.
