The development of the contemporary market economy constantly becoming without borders, the competition between enterprises gradually moving towards the international stage, this kind of competition, is actually a competition in international marketing talents. In this context, a new industry which is now developing fast, green food also pays more and more attention to international marketing, the structure of its international marketing talents quality continuous optimization has a great significance that enhance the international competitiveness of food export enterprise, and promote the healthy and rapid development of the industry. However, international marketing persons have cognitive side, marketing traits, action ability, international resources and target will produce a significant influence to enterprise’s international marketing performance. Therefore, in the face of numerous marketing personnel, the enterprise how to evaluate its quality form is a difficult problem that urgently need be solved with an excellent international marketing talent facing numerous marketing personnel.The paper with the quality of food export enteiprise internationalization marketing talents evaluation as the main line of research, using research methods of literature analysis, statistical analysis, qualitative and quantitative analysis discussing food export enterprise internationalization marketing talents quality appraisal, and through empirical analysis method to test the results of the study.Research process, first of all. review of relevant theories of international marketing, expounds the theory of talent, the competent quality ability theory to international marketing personnel quality evaluation guidance and support, laid a theoretical and practical platform. Secondly, in previous research on food export enterprise marketing personnel qualified for quality and the characteristics of international talent quality research, on the basis of recruitment information of food export enterprise international marketing personnel word frequency statistics analysis, and fully consider the factor of influence international marketing talent quality structure, refined food export enterprise internationalization marketing talents qualified for quality elements, through the factor analysis method to the competent quality common factor extraction and name, to establish food export enterprise internationalization marketing personnel quality evaluation index system. Then, according to the evaluation index system, build evaluation model of food export enterprise internationalization marketing talent. Finally, apply the model to the actual enterprise. with Heilongjiang province green gold group as the empirical object, in the test the feasibility of international marketing personnel quality evaluation model at the same time, several stay for empirical enterprise to carry on the quality synthetic evaluation, to obtain the ability level, put forward the corresponding ways to optimize it quality.
