Studay On The Comprehensive Efficency About Employment Wage And Pention Insurance Of Urban Workers

The level of social security and the National People’s livelihood has closely relationship. The happiness of people is affected by the level of employment, wages and insurance coverage. Any one of the three factors has problems or deficiencies, the planning and development of China’s social security cause will be seriously affected. At present, under the support of the nation, the provinces and cities conscientiously carry out the arrangements of the party central committee and state council on macroeconomic policy-making, to promote the policy implementation and development of employment, wages, pension insurance. In this context, What is the comprehensive efficiency of employment, wages, pension insurance in different provinces? Which province has got remarkable achievements on the process implementation of employment, wages, pension insurance policy? Which province has occupied the first position among all the provinces about the comprehensive efficiency of three factors? These questions will be the focus of this research.Firstly, by use the C2R model in data envelopment analysis, to calculate the comprehensive efficiency of various provinces and cities in China are in employment, wage for urban workers pension insurance, the three aspects of the value:Secondly, by using the weighted relative deviation of minimum distance method, TOPSIS method, gray correlation degree method, to calculate the various provinces and cities overall efficiency value, and make ranking about the comprehensive efficiency of various provinces and cities base on three kinds of calculation method. Thirdly, in order to select the optimal ranking results, by using the method of reliability analysis in statistics, calculating the three kinds of reliability of the ranking results of numerical system.Among them, the highest reliability coefficient for the optimal ranking results. Lastly, by using the above results of optimal comprehensive efficiency of our country’s various provinces and cities, to comparative analysis of comprehensive efficiency of each area. Respectively in Jiangxi province and Heilongjiang province basic condition carries on the contrast analysis.
