Research On The Impact On Poverty Alleviation By Relocation Upgrade Economic Characteristics Industry

Poverty is a long time the main problem in China and the worldeconomic and social development, the Chinese government haslaunched a poverty alleviation project in the1980s, today, povertyalleviation projects have developed a variety of patterns. Among them,the industry and the change of relocation for poverty alleviation is thepoverty alleviation work two of the most common model. Practice hasproved that these two kinds of relocation for poverty alleviation modehas made obvious achievements, greatly improved the lives of thepoor in poverty alleviation. But with the development of the relatedwork, this two kinds of poverty alleviation mode has appeared someproblems in the implementation process: industry development isslow, poor capability of sustainable farmers out of poverty, relocatedpeople easy to Chinese, etc.This paper focuses on the analysis of the characteristics ofchange of poverty alleviation and move to the influence of industrialupgrading. Characteristic industrial upgrading includes three aspects:the content of the industrial upgrading will degree and the change ofindustry chain and regional specialization index increase. Thepurpose of this study was to investigate the influence factors of affectthe characteristics of industrial upgrading, to local characteristic industry development and related relocation areas to provide thebeneficial reference. In this paper, on the basis of reference literature,through the definition and theoretical analysis, the comprehensivesurvey, characteristics of the influence factors of industrial upgradingis put forward, using the regress multiple linear regression model ofregression, the factors which influence and the regression results areanalyzed. Mainly studied the following problem: change of povertyalleviation and move to the influence of the degree of industrialupgrading farmers intend, the impact on the changes in the industrialchain, and its influence to the characteristics of economy, trade andindustry specialization index and so on. In this paper, the study foundthat:(1) before and after the industry scale and move the technologyadvancement has a significant influence on the industrial upgradingfarmers willingness;(2) low low income level, education level, incomechanges have obvious effects on changes in the industrial chain;(3)the change of poverty alleviation move significantly increasedrelocation area characteristic economy industry specialization index.Features in order to further speed up the industrial upgrade, realizethe change of poverty alleviation and relocation area sustainabledevelopment, this article think that in the future from the followingseveral aspects:(1) to develop the rural finance;(2) to speed up thecapital accumulation;(3) increasing cultural education level of thepoor;(4) developing savings;(5) improve the related industriessupporting facilities;(6) to speed up the rural land circulation policy,formation of scale management.In this paper, the main innovation point mainly embodied in: thedomestic research on change of relocation and industry alone for poverty alleviation study more, but the combination of the two,research different ground move for poverty alleviation of povertyalleviation research on the effects of industrial upgrading is relativelysmall, in this paper, the problem of the present situation of theresearch to make up for a lack of related research, at the same timeby using the regress multiple linear regression model, gives a detailedanalysis on the influencing factors of industrial upgrading.
