In this paper, the specific content can be mainly divided into fiveparts: The first part, defined the research background and significa-nce of this paper,reviews the literature at home and abroad.On thisbasis, put forward my own research substance and researchmethods. The second part mainly explained connotation and theore-tical foundation of the rural land internal circulatio. Discussed formthe concept, characteristics and basic form these three aspectsof the connotation of agricultural land transfer.On this basis,combing the land rent, property right and institutional change of thetheoretical system.The third part is an overview of the naturalconditions, social economic conditions, and land use of The Xin’anquan town, combined with concrete questionnaire, describes thedevelopment trend of the sample village rural land interiorcirculation, ways of circulation and transfer forms, on this basis,summed up the poblems in the sample village rural land interior circulation:mode of existence is not standard, the market is not mature enough, and the transfer rate is not high.The fourth part: onthe basis of the reasons for the problems of the sample village mentioned above from the macroscopic and microcosmic two aspe-cts to analysis. At the macroeconomic level, mainly from the landproperty rights system,urban and rural household registrationsystem, the social security system in rural areas,the macro economic policies, regional economic conditions and other aspectsto analysis, while on the micro level, carries on the analysis fromthe own characteristics of rural households by using the Spsssoftware.The fifth part, aiming at the present problems in the the internal circulation of rural land,my paper put forward correspondingcountermeasures and suggestions,I believe that the promotion ofthe sample village’s internal circulation of rural land should bemainly from the following five aspects:The first is to clear theproperty rights of rural land, regulate rural land interior circulation;second is to cultivate and improve the market mechanism; thirdis to reform the household registration system in urban and ruralareas; fourth is to improve the social security system in rural areas;fifth is the development of the non-agricultural industries，increase farmers’ income.
