| Enterprises after a long time of development, has entered a period of stability, need to upgrade the strategic planning and macro, during this period, enterprises tend to run at the same time, a number of projects, there is a conflict of resource allocation between different projects, coordinate the difficulty also increases along with the enterprise scale, organization structure of the complex, the participants increased gradually increased therefore, enterprises in the strategic upgrade of application of multi project management is a very necessary thing.In this paper, the basic theory and literature review of progress, in the multi project management theory and application examples, the examples of multi project management in research and development of the upgrade of the L enterprise X capsule. First of all, based on the overall strategic objectives of the decision tree method and questionnaire method decomposition, combined with the project before the implementation of the project resources, screening out the sub project feasible, and defines the research method, the sub project deliverables and resource consumption. Then, graph and Gantt chart to determine the internal logic and time optimization project through the critical path method to use the network, realize the upgrading of products and multi project sub project of network architecture. Finally, through the Delphy way and parallel control method, respectively, versus the results of the project and sub project of the running time of the dynamic management, the implementation of control sub network.The results of this study provide a path L company’s X capsule product upgrades, multi project management development, enrich the case study on the implementation of the multi project management in specific stage. At the same time, in practice, the product upgrade project progress is good, but subsequent research should still further, to the final product after the upgrade, to maximize the benefit of investment resources. |
