Study On Evaluation Of Comprehensive Benefits Of Railway Transportation Enterprises

The railway transportation enterprise is not only the main body of the national transportation economy, but also the media of government political service.. Since the founding of the PRC, China Railway has become an important infrastructure for the construction of socialism and the smooth progress of China’s rapid economic growth and made a tremendous contribution. With the restructuring of the Ministry of railways, the establishment of the China Railway Corporation, railway transport enterprises make the solid step towards market direction, along with the country to vigorously develop the implementation of circular economy and the concept of sustainable development, the railway transport enterprise must find a suitable for the sustainable development of the road to deal with the complicated and intense market competition.Firstly, starting from the current situation of railway transportation enterprise benefit evaluation,this paper sum up the achievements and limitations of existing research, combined with the railway transport enterprise public welfare and management, external, natural monopoly and green economy characteristics, determine the railway transport enterprise benefit should include economic benefits, social benefits and environmental benefits. Secondly, this paper in railway transport enterprises comprehensive benefit evaluation index design principle of foundation, the integrated use of literature research method, frequency analysis method and expert analysis construct a set of railway transport enterprises comprehensive performance self rating system, and the combination weighting method (i.e. AHP method and the entropy weight method) to determine the weights of each evaluation index, in order to determine the weight of each evaluation index, is a combination of subjective weighting method and the objective weighting method advantages, makes the evaluation results more objective and reliable. Finally, select Nanning Railway Bureau as an example to analyze, the paper constructed the railway transport enterprise comprehensive benefit evaluation system evaluation, found that the Nanning Railway Bureau in social benefits and environmental benefits increased gradually and poor economic benefits is the comprehensive benefit is the main reason. Also through the empirical research on the Nanning Railway Bureau can also discover the problem in this paper, the author tries to build a railway transport enterprise comprehensive benefit evaluation system, and promote the comprehensive benefit evaluation index system of railway transport enterprise continuous improvement and optimization.
