As the most important part of transportation infrastructure,railway plays an siginifcant role in the development of national economy.In recent years,the emerging of China's High-Speed Railway for the transport industry has not only a revolutionary impact,but also profoundly affects the pattern of the national economy,to reshape the territory of China's economic geography.Chinese HSR is crucial to the development of Chinese society,its innovation of the system has been attracting the international communities' attention,being as strategic support for" One Belt and Road Initiative","China 2025" Plan and "Innovation-driven Development" strategy,has played a crucial role at present.For an in-depth analysis of the comprehensive benefits of HSR,this dissertation selects the representative route,as the Chinese first independently designed high speed railway-namely,Beijing Tianjin Intercity High-Speed Railway as the main research object,the internal management efficiency,correlation analysis of spillover effect of regional economic expansion and external environmental impact.This paper starts from the perspective of operation management,analysis of its internal management benefits;on this basis,analysis of the impact of Beijing Tianjin Intercity High-Speed Railway to several industries more closely linked;then from the aspect of regional economy,the spillover effect of the Beijing Tianjin High-Speed Railway was analyzed;finally,from the view of energy saving and the calculation for emission reduction efficiency,as well as the impact on the environment.Through the research and analysis of relevant empirical theory,relevant research results of this paper might provide support for the supervision department and operation department for their decision-making,better realization of the various elements of the operation and management of the allocation of resources,and improvement and optimization to achieve the comprehensive benefits in terms of economy,society,and environment etc.The specific research contents and conclusions are as follows:1.The analysis of internal management benefit to Beijing Tianjin Intercity High-Speed Railway,the specific work includes,through the SWOT analysis of the Beijing Tianjin Intercity High-Speed Railway operation and management of the status quo and development trend,the calculation of the railway,highway under different conditions,the profit prospects of the game analysis has been conducted.2.The regional impact analysis to Beijing Tianjin Intercity High-Speed Railway,by using the contribution rate model,macroeconomic data,the analysis of the Beijing Tianjin Intercity High-Speed Railway in Tianjin,the first contribution to the second and third industries indicated that this HSR has been a significant effecting on the rate of rise to the secondary and tertiary industries,also has an important effect on the primary industry.3.Beijing Tianjin Intercity HSR on the impact of regional economic analysis,Beijing Tianjin Intercity HSR has the functional effect to speed up the flow of personnel and materials of Beijing and Tianjin,the regional economic development has a role in promoting,limited to the impact of the factors affecting the integrity of the traffic network,there is no significant performance.4.The analysis of energy consumption level and environmental effects of Beijing Tianjin Intercity HSR,based on the HSR in the operational level of energy consumption under different conditions of the simulation,it is found that HSR's transportation efficiency is the highest level,the impact on the environment impact is also the minimum level,which supports Chinese participation in international cooperation to address climate change and achieve strategic tool for achievin theUnited Nations' SDGs.The main innovations of this paper include:1.In the perspective of industry influence,the analysis of economic data uses thedirect income of Beijing Tianjin Intercity operations with the comparison to the year in Tianjin city through the double difference model,the direct income coefficient of Beijing Tianjin Intercity HSR,HSR and general speed railway in the economic and social benefits of the contribution rate was calculated;2.According to the Cash Flow Discount Model,the calculation of the corresponding profit and loss balance of transportion was conducted;3.Using the Panel data analysis model and Spatial model of Beijing Tianjin Intercity HSR on the regional economic impact of quantitative analysis.Using panel data and spatial model,the spillover effect of regional economy is analyzed,and the influence of Beijing Tianjin high-speed railway to regional economic development is analyzed quantitatively;4.According to the level of energy consumption and energy conversion efficiency of the corresponding parameters,the simulation of traction power for different targeted speeds,the carbon footprint of different levels corresponding to the targeted speeds by energy level,and the comparison of highway traffic tools in terms of Carbon Footprint have been calculated,it is found that HSR is more suitable for the solution of Intercity Railway operation.
