Research On The Development Status And Countermeasures Of Rural Express Delivery Industry In TL City

China is a large courier country.In 2017,its express delivery volume exceeded 40 billion,ranking first in the world for four consecutive years.It surpassed the sum of advanced economies such as the United States,Japan,and Europe,and contributed more than 50% to the growth rate of the global express delivery industry.In recent years,the total development of the rural express delivery industry has increased rapidly.However,compared with urban express delivery,the development potential is still far from being explored.The development space is huge.The future rural express delivery market will be a blue ocean.The development of rural express delivery industry is of great practical significance for stimulating farmers' consumption demand,releasing rural market vitality,promoting circulation of agricultural products,opening up new channels for agricultural products,promoting traditional agriculture to embrace the Internet,and transforming it into modern agriculture.This article is based on the third profit source theory and the theory of commercial and material separation,combined with the results of previous investigations,from the background of the development of the rural express delivery industry in TL City,the characteristics of the development of the rural express delivery industry in TL City,and the operating dispatch model of the rural express delivery network in TL City.The problems existing in the rural express delivery industry in the city and analysis of the causes of the problems Five aspects introduced the development of the rural express delivery industry in TL City.It points out that the rural express delivery industry in TL City has a long-term investment and unbalanced development of outlets because of the development of environmental constraints,and the profitability is very low.Due to the low input from the express delivery company,the development of the upstream industry is in its infancy,resulting in insufficient service capacity of the outlets and the quality of services to be solved.Increase;due to the weak postal management power,the absence of industry associations causes the network outlets to have no legal status and there are hidden security problems.In order to solve these problems,to understand what factors hinder the rapid and healthy development of rural express delivery industry in TL City,based on the summary of the previous literature,using Porter ' s Diamond Theory,enumerating 11 categories of rural express delivery industry development.The influencing factors,using the interpretative structural model method,establish a structural model of the influencing factors of the rural express delivery industry development in TL City,which is composed of five levels of hierarchical relationships,and assigns the influencing factors in the model using the gray correlation method to obtain TL.The four factors that affect the development of the rural express delivery industry in TL City are the first-level factors that affect the development of the rural express delivery industry in rural areas: the level of rural transportation development,the level of Internet development,the level of human resources in the rural express deliveryindustry,and the equipment and technology level of the rural express delivery industry.The second level is the overall economic level in the rural area of TL City and the rural express delivery network coverage in TL City.The third and fourth levels are the level of farmers' consumption in TL City,the level of rural retail development in TL City,and the level of fixed assets investment in the rural express delivery industry in TL City.The fifth level is the rural population base of TL City and the rural express delivery policy environment of TL City is a deep-seated factor affecting the development of rural express delivery industry in TL City.Finally,according to the above research conclusions,we put forward policy recommendations in a targeted manner: First,we must optimize the industrial development environment and provide policy support.The second is to strengthen infrastructure construction and improve service capabilities.The third is to use the role of the express delivery association to promote industrial integration.The fourth is to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of users and improve service quality.
