About Rural Land Policy Research In China Since The Reform And Opening Up

Agriculture plays an important role in economy and the people’es live-hood, which ensures a country’s development of the economy. And the land policies is one of the key focus of the Communist Party of China. Great changes have taken place in the countryside of China since the new China was founded. So the Chinese countryside has made great progress.The rural land policy currently in effective is based on the contract systems of the household responsibility, which has experienced the Land Reform、Cooperation Movement、People’s Movement and some other different forms. It is a transversion full of constant breakthrough、exploration and progress. And the transversion reflects the combination of the basic principles of Marxism and the present situation of China. Therefore, it is important to size up the situation of the development of the land policies in our country and the regularity of making the land policies.The thesis mainly analyses the development of the land policies, especially the policies made since the Reform and Opening-up policy. It reveals the distinguishing features of our rural land policies in different periods, in order to explore the regularity of the development of the rural land policies.
