The Research On The Economic Integration Of Hadaqi Industrial Zone

Hadaqi Industrial Zone is one of the effective ways to revitalize the northeast old industrial base, and accelerate the industrial corridor Hadaqi process of economic integration is a new growth pole of economic development of Heilongjiang province, on Hadaqi industrial corridor study to evaluate the economic integration has important theoretical and practical significance. In this paper, in order to evaluate and investigate the integration of the Hadaqi industrial zone, three cities-Harbin, Daqing and Qiqihar-are elected as the research sample. Based on the research reviews on the topic of regional economic integration from home and abroad, the investigation contents are determined, evaluation indexes are selected, combined with the current development situation analysis. By adding the economic indicators that reflected the integration of the city into the evaluation index system, the establishment of the industrial structure relevancy evaluation system, regional integration and economic trends evaluation system, and urban integration e evaluation system are established respectively. Through the research of the data components, the correlation matrix weighting method and gray correlation method are used to establish model of industrial structure and the horizontal comparison of the degree of integration into the cities. In addition, through the 2004-2013 statistics, integrated development trend of the three cities have been vertically compared, with the comprehensive analysis of the degree of integration Hadaqi industrial zone, and into the extent of each city, as well as the structural characteristics of each city’s industries. Study concluded that regional economic integration in Hadaqi is still in its infancy. Moreover, in overall competitiveness, Harbin obtained the highest degree of integration, and doubled the Qiqihar, which is ranked the last. Due to the characteristics of the industrial structure, the majority of Qiqihar economy are in equipment manufacturing and food processing industry, although counting on small amount. However, Daqing relies heavily on its oil industry but with a single structure, while Harbin has a balanced structure, but without prominent industry supporting. In geographical terms, Daqing and Qiqihar are lack of economic interaction and require the development of second transmitter cities.Based on the research results, the paper proposes to suggestion and recommendations of enhancing Hadaqi regional economic integration measures. First, it would be better to enhance the degree of integration of each city, which is to strengthen the city’s economic competitiveness by strengthening the competitiveness of their industries and improve weak industries. In addition, by investing in technology and personnel training, it could increase the hard and soft power at the same time, improving the urban industrial structure, clarifying the city position, improving infrastructure, and enhancing scientific and technological strength. These three cities can be integrated by the establishment of specialized industrial chains. Strengthen the leading role of the government, to build service-oriented government; deepen reform, building a free and open economies in the region.
