Research On Management Innovation Of Small And Medium-sized Enterprises In Cloud Computing Environment

In the national economy system in our country, SMEs( small and medium enterprises) play an important role. However, in the increasingly competitive market economy environment, SMEs facing a huge test. Subject to its own funds and technology, SMEs can’t invest heavily in management innovation as large enterprises, in order to keep up with the pace of the times development. On the other hand, cloud computing, after internet, should be recognized as another information-technological revolution. The prosperity of cloud computing has tremendously influenced contemporary enterprises in many aspects, including the production, operation and administration. Within the background of economic globalization, cloud computing will not merely make changes to enterprise business patterns, but also pose challenges to the traditional strategic thoughts and regulations in the industrial era. SMEs will be able to use cloud computing to management innovation, realize the long-term development and growth.Due to this consideration, firstly, through the literature review of enterprise management innovation related theory, cloud computing related theory and the research status of cloud computing and management innovation. Then it analyzes the influence of the application of cloud computing on the management innovation of SMEs, including the necessity of management innovation of SMEs, the analysis of demand and the development of SMEs in the application of cloud computing, cloud computing applications to SMEs management innovation opportunities and challenges. And then discusses the cloud computing technology in the application of SMEs management innovation, including management concept innovation,organization structure innovation, information technology innovation, operation management innovation and culture innovation. On this basis, the innovative applications of cloud computing in SMEs administration will be discussed and relevant cases will be illustrated as an evidence for the further theoretical study.
