Research On Food Safety Issues Based On The Perspective Of Supply Chain Management

Food is the paramount necessity of the people,food Safety is closely related to everyone around us.In May 2014, Public Opinion Research Laboratory of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences release "the most important social issues of concern",the food safety issue with 70.4% of the attention,topped the list,the food safety issue has become the focus of consumer concern.In recent years, food safety situation is not optimistic, we experienced the melamine incident, hit clap of thunder clenbuterol events, Shanghai stained bread noisy, the plasticizing agent event today,Chinese people has become numb and helpless when we "talk about food discoloration",food safety has become the hearts of ours nightmare.Food safety issues not only endanger the health and legal rights and interests of consumers, but also greatly damaged the international image of China’s food industry.Food safety issues repeate again and again, the reasue is food supply chain issues abound.The food supply chain in the chain-type production, its structure is very complex, its various aspects of interdependence,once the problem aoccurd one part of a chain, it will caused food insecurity and endanger human health.Therefore,in order to realise the effectively targeted scientific management to food safety,to discover potential food hazards, preventing and then to eliminate the occurrence of food safety issues, is an important task our country currently facing.This article based on the the perspective of supply chain management,outlines the concepts and theories of food safety and food supply chain,describes the current situation of the food supply chain,analysis the food safety hazards of the food supply chain and the various aspects of the food supply chain. Put some relevant suggestions on how to improve and eliminate food safety hazards and establish a safe and reliable food supply chain system.
